If you have Xfinity Flex, you can purchase events from PPV.COM (billed by Xfinity) right through the third-party PPV.COM app on your Flex streaming TV Box! There’s no subscription plan for PPV.com – you choose each event you want to purchase.

Create a PPV.COM account through Xfinity
- Say “PPV.COM” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to open the PPV.COM app on your eligible Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
- Use the remote arrow buttons and press the OK button to choose an event.
- Choose ORDER NOW to continue.
- To create a new PPV.com account, use a device that’s not your TV and go to ppv.com/tv or scan the QR code on screen.
- If you went to ppv.com/tv on your mobile device or computer, you’ll be asked to enter the code displayed on your TV.
- If you scanned the QR code, the code at the top will be filled in automatically. Choose Create Account and fill in your information, then choose Submit.
- If you went to ppv.com/tv on your mobile device or computer, you’ll be asked to enter the code displayed on your TV.
- Your TV will show a message confirming you’ve logged in.
Order an event
- Once you’re logged into your PPV.com account (see section above for logging in or creating an account), go to the event you want to order. Press the OK button on your remote and choose ORDER NOW.
- You’ll see the price to order the event. Choose Confirm to buy the event or Cancel to go back to the previous screen.
- If you complete the purchase, it’ll appear on your Xfinity bill.
- If you have a Parental Control PIN set, you’ll need to enter it to buy the event.
- You have purchased the event, which you can view when the countdown goes to zero and the Watch button appears on the event page in the PPV.COM app.
FAQs
The PPV.COM app isn’t working on my Flex streaming TV Box. What should I do?
If you have Xfinity Internet, check that you have a compatible Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box (Xi5 isn’t compatible).
I want to sign up for a PPV.COM account for the first time. Can I do that through Xfinity?
Yes. See the “Create a PPV.com Account Through Xfinity” section above for instructions.
Note: You’ll be billed by Xfinity for event purchases.
Why can’t I watch my PPV.COM purchase yet?
Events purchased from PPV.COM start at a specific time. When you navigate to the event page in the PPV.COM app, you’ll see a countdown displaying the time remaining until you can view the event. The Watch button will become clickable when you are allowed to begin watching the event.
What will happen to my PPV.COM account if I cancel my Xfinity service or change my Xfinity package?
- If you downgrade or change your Xfinity service by removing Xfinity Flex, you’ll no longer be able to access the PPV.COM app through your Flex streaming TV Box.
- You’ll only be able to access PPV.COM through a compatible computer, mobile device or another internet-connected device.
- If you disconnect Xfinity Internet, you’ll need internet access through another internet service provider or wireless internet service provider to access PPV.COM purchases through a compatible internet-connected device.
I signed up for PPV.COM through Xfinity Flex, but I forgot my username or password. How do I find my username or reset my password?
