You’re billed for your streaming services on your monthly Xfinity bill. Your Xfinity bill covers a 30-day billing cycle, but your streaming service subscription cycles may fall on dates outside of your Xfinity billing cycle.
· If you cancel your streaming service within its subscription cycle, you are still able to use your streaming service until the end of the subscription cycle.
· If you activate a new streaming service and its subscription cycle falls outside of your Xfinity billing cycle, you may pay a pro-rated amount so that you may use your streaming service when it’s activated.

Statuses are our way of keeping you up to date with your subscriptions.
An “Activation required” status means that you won’t be able to use your streaming service until it’s activated, which you can do by selecting the “Activate” button.
An “Active” status means that your streaming service is ready to use.
On-device streaming service purchases are not listed here, but you can visit the website of each streaming service to upgrade or cancel your plan.
Yes! You’re billed for your streaming services in your monthly Xfinity bill. Even if you cancel your subscription, you’ll still have access to your streaming service until the end of its subscription cycle since you have already paid for that cycle.
