If approved, you’ll see your credit in 1-2 billing cycles. Your first credit will be prorated based on your application date.

If your application is approved, you’ll see your credit reflected on your monthly bill in 1-2 billing cycles. You may receive a partial credit in the first month based on your application date.

What is a service connection discount?
