How to Watch the Premier League This Season

The crown jewel of English football, The Premier League is back. The most-watched sports league in the world features 20 of UK’s best football (known in the US widely as ’soccer’) clubs. It’s broadcast across some 212 territories in over 643 million homes each year. Here are some of the ways you can watch soccer from your favorite teams as they compete in The Premier League this year. 

Where to watch the Premier League on Xfinity 

X1, Xfinity’s cable television service, is a great place to catch the games of The Premier League. Many of the 380 games are broadcast either on USA Network, CNBC or NBC, and in Spanish on Telemundo. Most games that aren’t broadcast on cable will be available via Peacock. 

To access the Premier League on Xfinity X1, you can simply say “Premier League” or “Liga Premier” (when Spanish voice search language is enabled) into the bilingual Xfinity Voice Remote. This brings you to The Xfinity Sports Zone, where you can browse and access live matches, favorite clubs, watch on demand replays and the latest news and highlights. 

If you’re an X1 customer trying to figure out how to watch soccer without cable, you can stream the Premier League on the Xfinity Stream App or on your web browser. You can also pull up the Xfinity Sports Zone app on your X1 cable box, a companion to all things Xfinity Sports Zone has to offer. The app allows you to track multiple games at once, check the latest scores and standings, and see stats and performance breakdowns for your favorite players, teams and leagues. 

If you have access to NBC via X1 or another cable provider or streaming service, you can also watch the Premier League on the NBC Sports app, NBC app, or via NBCSports.com.

How to stream Premier League on Peacock 

You can live stream select Premier League games on Peacock. With Peacock, you also get access to extras, highlights, and post-match coverage. Missed a match? You can watch Premier League replays on Peacock as well. Matches that stream live on Peacock and NBC will be available for replay on Peacock shortly after the livestream ends. Matches that air live on USA and CNBC will be available for replay on Peacock the following day.
