The biggest Heavyweight Pay Per View fight of the year is just around the corner.
On Saturday, October 9 at 9pm ET Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder battle it out to determine who’s the best Heavyweight on the planet in the third installment of this epic head-to-head match.
In February 2020, Fury dominated Wilder, taking the World Boxing Council Heavyweight Championship Belt from him in a major upset. On October 9 Wilder is back for revenge, with hopes of reclaiming the title he held for five years.
Originally scheduled for July 24, the match was postponed after Fury tested positive for COVID while in training camp. “I wanted nothing more than to smash ‘The Big Dosser’ on July 24,” Fury said, “But I guess the beating will have to wait. Make no mistake, I will be back and better than ever. We will fight Oct. 9, and I will knock him spark out!”

Wilder’s one and only professional loss was at the hands of Fury, who won by technical knockout in February 2020.
Fury has never lost a professional match, but has one draw with – you guessed it – Wilder.
True to form, Fury has been busy taunting Wilder on social media. He predicted he will win by knockout within 7 rounds. “I’m going to severely hurt him,” Fury said, also calling Wilder a “one-trick pony” in reference to his punching power.
