What if I’m still making payments on a phone?

If you’re coming to us from another carrier, you can still trade in your phone with us and use the trade-in cash you receive to pay down your phone balance. If you are an Xfinity Mobile customer and you trade in your device that is still under a Device Payment Plan Agreement, you will still be responsible for the remaining installment payments on that device.
