XFINITY MOBILE DATA OPTIONS

Unlimited data is available on any Xfinity Mobile phone line. Multi-line pricing for Unlimited data is based on total number of phone lines, and does not include By the Gig or tablet lines. Nationwide network includes 5G and 4G LTE data. UNLIMITED Includes 30 GB of premium data and standard-definition 480p streaming on all devices. 5G-capable Xfinity Mobile devices will also have the highest possible video resolution when connected to 5G. Includes unlimited 3G mobile hotspot data. Unlimited talk, text, and data with Mexico & Canada Unlimited Pass. UNLIMITED PLUS Includes 50 GB of premium data and high-definition 720p streaming on all devices. 5G-capable Xfinity Mobile devices will also have the highest possible video resolution when connected to 5G. Shared data on all By the Gig lines on your account. Cost is not pro-rated based on usage. Includes 4G LTE data, and 5G access where coverage is available. Includes high-definition 720p streaming and 5G/4G hotspot speeds. Data Saver is a feature available to all By the Gig lines when they are using 4G LTE data. Use Data Saver to limit streaming quality to standard resolution and personal hotspots to 600 kbps. Reducing your 4G LTE data consumption can help manage your monthly costs. If you go over 1 GB, just keep using data. You’re automatically billed for each additional GB of data you use. Plus, you can switch any lines to Unlimited data. Lines using By the Gig data are not included in total number of lines for multi-line pricing on Unlimited data.

Tablets are eligible for 15 GB of premium data, then unlimited data at reduced speeds. Cellular tablets count as a line of service on your account. Lines used for tablets are not included in total number of lines for multi-line pricing on Unlimited data.

Line eligibility

Up to 10 lines included

Each Xfinity Mobile customer may get a maximum of 10 lines, whether that's on a phone, a watch, or a tablet. Based on the results of your credit check, you may be eligible for fewer.

Smartwatches on your account

Cellular smartwatches count as a line of service on your account. Pay a $10/mo fee for each smartwatch line, which includes unlimited talk and text. Data used by the smartwatch is counted towards the host phone’s data plan.

Tablets on your account

Tablets are eligible for Unlimited data. Cellular tablets count as a line of service on your account. Tablet Unlimited gives you 15 GB of premium data and HD video streaming.

Make adjustments whenever you need

You can switch any line between By the Gig and Unlimited. Log in to My Account or your Xfinity app to make changes. No need to call. You'll be charged for whatever options your lines are on at the end of your billing cycle. We don't pro-rate your charges, even if you switched in the middle of your billing cycle.

Additions to your Plan

Upgrades

Upgrades available after 12 months on eligible devices or 50% of your current device has been paid. Fees apply for upgrades. Upgrade fee is waived if you’re enrolled in the Xfinity Mobile Protection Plan.

Device insurance

Xfinity Mobile offers the Xfinity Mobile Protection Plan starting at $12 per month per device. The Xfinity Mobile Protection Plan includes AppleCare Services for Apple devices.
