With Xfinity Mobile’s Unlimited data options, you know exactly what you’ll pay for data every month.
You can get Unlimited data on one line for a great price or add lines to take advantage of multi-line pricing. Choose the data option that’s right for you: Unlimited, Unlimited Plus, or Tablet Unlimited.
Choose the Unlimited data option that’s right for you
Unlimited
- You can stream video in SD.
- You'll receive a personal hotspot capable of 3G speeds.
- After you use 30 GB of monthly data, your download and upload speeds will be reduced to 1.5 Mbps download/750 Kbps upload for the rest of your billing cycle.
- Once the next billing cycle starts, you’re back to full speed.
- You won’t be charged extra for using over 30 GB of monthly data use.
- You'll have premium data.
- This means you have priority of service during times of network congestion, like at music festivals and sporting events.
Unlimited Plus
- You can stream video in HD (720p).
- The first 15 GB of your personal hotspot usage will be at the maximum speed available (based on your device’s capabilities and network capacity).
- After your personal hotspot usage exceeds 15 GB, your hotspot speeds will be reduced to 3G speeds for the rest of your billing cycle.
- After you use 50 GB of monthly data download and upload speeds are reduced to 5 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload for the rest of your billing cycle.
- Once the next billing cycle starts, you’re back to full speed.
- You aren’t charged extra for the data you use.
- You'll have premium data.
- This means you have priority of service during times of network congestion, like at music festivals and sporting events.
Tablet Unlimited
- You can stream video in HD (720p).
- After 15 GB of monthly data use, your download and upload speeds will be reduced, but you won’t be charged extra for the data you use.
- You'll have premium data.
- This means you'll have priority of service during moments of network congestion, like at music festivals and sporting events.
Unlimited data monthly pricing
Your Unlimited monthly data price depends on how many phone and tablet lines you have on your account and which data options you choose. You can mix and match data options to personalize your Xfinity Mobile experience.
With our current price plan, these are the prices for Unlimited, Unlimited Plus, and Tablet Unlimited:

You can upgrade to our latest price plan in the Xfinity app, by using your account tools online, or by calling or chatting with us.
Upgrade to the latest price plan in the Xfinity app:
- Download or open the Xfinity app.
- Sign in to your account using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
- From the Services tab, select Mobile lines and data usage located within the Mobile services card.
- Once you’re on the Xfinity Mobile landing page, navigate to the Plan Management section and select Switch to the latest plan.
- You may be required to sign in again.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to continue upgrading to the latest plan.
Note: If you are on the latest plan this option will not be available.
Here’s how it works
- Every month, you’re charged a set price depending on how many lines you have on your account and which data options you choose for each line on your account.
- We don't charge phone line access fees if you have Xfinity service (Internet, TV, or Voice) — unlimited nationwide talk and text is included.
- Your devices can auto-connect to Xfinity WiFi hotspots.
- If you want HD resolution when streaming video over cellular data, upgrade to Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Premium to any lines with 4G LTE devices.
- You can set up your phone as a personal hotspot and connect other devices, such as your laptop, when WiFi is unavailable.
- Remember that the data you use on the personal hotspot counts toward your monthly usage.
- After the monthly data use threshold for a line is exceeded, download and upload speeds will be reduced.
- You won't be charged extra for the data you use.
- Once the next billing cycle starts, you’ll be back to full speed.
- Our acceptable use policy applies.

Not sure Unlimited data is right for you? No problem. We have two ways to pay for data, and you can switch between them anytime.
The lines on your account can have different data options. Some of you may want to share By the Gig while others need Unlimited.

After monthly data use threshold for a line is exceeded, speeds are reduced until the billing cycle ends.
