Your iPhone lets you see your voicemail messages in a list so that you can choose which ones to listen to, keep, or delete.
Steps to setting up voicemail
- Open the Phone app (the green icon at the bottom of your home screen), then go to the Voicemail tab
- Go to Set Up Now
- Create your voicemail password and tap Done when complete
- Enter your password again and tap Done to confirm
- To select a greeting, choose Default or create your own by selecting Custom, then tap Done when complete
NOTE: It can take a few minutes for your voicemail to set up after selecting your greeting. For more detail on setting up voicemail, visit the Apple site to get tips for setting up and transferring your existing voicemail.
Access voicemail from your phone's dial pad
There are three ways to access your voicemail using your phone's dial pad. You can:
- Dial your Xfinity Mobile phone number
- Press and hold 1
- Dial *86
Access voicemail by calling from another phone
If you don’t have your iPhone with you, you can access your voicemail from any phone. Here’s how:
- Dial your Xfinity Mobile phone number from any phone
- When your greeting begins to play, press #
- Enter your PIN
- Follow the prompts to access voicemails or change options
