All Xfinity Mobile lines have unlimited domestic calling and texting. But if you’re curious about how many minutes and messages you’ve used, you can see that info on your billing statements.
View calls and texts — Current billing cycle
Xfinity Mobile account online
- Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account.
- Select Billing.
- Under Current Cycle, select View Current Cycle to open your latest statement.
- Under Service and Devices, select the line for which you want to view calls and texts.
Xfinity app
- Download the Xfinity app or open it.
- Sign in to your account using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
- Select the Services tab.
- Select the Mobile lines and data usage located within the Mobile services card.
- Select the phone line that you’d like to view calls and text history from.
- Select View call and texts history under the section labeled Call And Text History.
- You may be required to sign in again.
View calls and texts — Past billing cycles
Xfinity Mobile account online
- Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account.
- Select Billing.
- Under Payments, select the payment amount for the statement you want to view.
- Click Details.
- Under Service and Devices, select the line for which you want to view calls and texts.
Xfinity app
- Download the Xfinity app or open it.
- Sign in to your account using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
- Select the Account tab.
- Select the Xfinity Mobile billing card to display the billing details.
- Choose either Current statement to view your current bill or Statement history to view past statements.
Once in, you'll find information about your calls and messages, including:
- Date of call or text.
- Phone number called or texted.
- Time of call or text.
- Length of call.
