Calls can fail to connect for several different reasons. If you're having trouble making calls on your mobile device, there are a few things you can try on your own before contacting Xfinity Mobile.
Check these things first
- Make sure your phone is not in airplane mode.
- Check the phone's signal strength. In remote areas, you might not have a strong enough signal to make calls.
- Confirm that the nanoSIM card is inserted correctly and connected to the network.
- If you’re unable to confirm, or if you’re using an eSIM, see What do I do if my eSIM or nanoSIM isn’t working for more information.

International calls
For the first 45 days after activation, you can only make calls to the US, Canada, Mexico, and within any country you are visiting. After this period, you'll be able to call any country worldwide.
If you've checked these things and still can't figure out why your calls aren't going through, contact Xfinity Mobile from another phone at 888-936-4968.
