What happens to my equipment when I move?
You may be able to bring your equipment with you. If you need new equipment, you can schedule a professional installation, or we can show you how to install it yourself.
Can I keep my plan and promotion?
Offers vary by area, but if you can’t keep your current plan, you can shop for new offers. If you’re moving to an area where Xfinity doesn’t provide service, just return your equipment before you move. We’ll help you do that, too.
How soon in advance can I schedule a move?
You can schedule a move up to 30 days before your move date. If you qualify for self-installation, you can activate your services as soon as you move in. You can also schedule professional installation for as early as the next day if appointments are available.
What if there’s time between when I move out and move in?
You won’t be billed for any gaps in service. Plus, you can stay connected with Xfinity WiFi hotspots and streaming TV using the Xfinity Stream app.
What do I do if my internet seems slow or spotty after I move?
Make sure to activate your equipment with the Xfinity app at your new address to optimize internet reliability and speed. If you’re having issues, you can chat with us for more help.
How do I get internet today with same-day delivery?

Getting internet today is easier than you think. If your order is in an eligible ZIP code and all products are same-day eligible, your order will automatically be routed for same-day delivery — as long as it's placed before the cutoff time (3 p.m. local time). Placed your order after the cutoff? It will arrive the next day.

 

If same-day delivery is not available, you may be able to pick up your equipment at an Xfinity store same-day.
