If you have a Motorola DCX3400M TV Box and certain models of Phillips HD televisions you may experience an HDMI re-synch issue when powering on both the TV and the TV Box.
Steps to resolve issue
You can avoid re-synching only by turning the TV off/on (i.e., not using the All On button on your remote) or by replacing your HDMI cable with component cables.
