If you have a Motorola DCX3400M TV Box and certain models of Phillips HD televisions you might experience an HDMI re-synch issue when powering on both the TV Box and the TV. An HDMI re-sync occurs when you tune to a standard definition channel, and the channel automatically converts to HD resolution (for example, 16:9 aspect ratio).

You can avoid re-synching only by turning the TV off/on (i.e., not using the All On button on your remote) or by replacing your HDMI cable with component cables.
