Is Streampix available to households not currently with Comcast?
No. Streampix is only available to Xfinity TV subscribers.
Who can get Streampix?
Any Xfinity TV customer can get Streampix. It’s included at no additional cost in several packages and available a la carte for only $4.99 per month.
How do I know if Streampix is included in my package?
Services included with your package are within your billing statement description. You can also visit the Streampix folder in the Xfinity On Demand menu on your television. If you're in a qualifying package, you'll be able to access and play content automatically — there is no setup on your part.
I don't remember which package I subscribe to. How can I check?
There are several ways you can learn which package you are in.
- Check your bill, which is mailed to your home monthly and available online.
- Sign in to xfinity.com using your Xfinity ID and password.
- Click Billing from the Account menu screen and then Current Statement on the Billing page to verify.

Where do I find Streampix On Demand on my X1 TV Box?
The easiest way to find Streampix is to say “Streampix” into your Xfinity Voice Remote. To watch it on your X1 TV Box:
- Press the xfinity button on your remote.
- Go to the On Demand tab.
- Press OK on your remote.
- Go to the Networks tab.
- Select either the Premium > Streampix row or the Networks A-Z > S-T > Streampix row.
Where do I find Streampix On Demand on my non-X1 TV Box?
- To watch on your TV, use your Xfinity remote control to access the Xfinity On Demand menu.
- Select Streampix from the main menu.
Where do I find Streampix online if I am an Xfinity TV customer?
To watch on your laptop or PC:
- Go to the Xfinity Stream portal and sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.
- Click the On Demand tab and expand the drop-down menu at the top.
- Scroll to Xfinity Streampix in the Premium row to browse titles and play movies.
How do I watch Streampix on my tablet or smartphone with the Xfinity Stream app?
Find out how to download the Xfinity Stream app on an Apple or Android device. After you have downloaded it, you can set up the Xfinity Stream app.
To watch movies on Streampix, first launch the app, then:
- Tap the three bars at the top to bring up the menu.
- Scroll down to On Demand and tap Networks.
- Under the Premiums row, scroll right and tap on Xfinity Streampix.
What if I don't have an Xfinity ID?

Do I need anything else to access Streampix?
No. To access Streampix, all you need is a qualifying package or to add Streampix for $4.99 per month. Contact us to upgrade or buy Streampix.
To enjoy Streampix on your TV, you need a TV Box with Xfinity On Demand capabilities. If you do not have a TV Box you can enjoy Streampix on your PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet.
Are movies available in high-definition (HD)?
Many titles are available in HD today. The numbers change from month to month but we are working to increase the number of titles available in HD.
How is this different than what I already get on Xfinity TV?
Streampix complements the wide selection of Xfinity On Demand content you already get, giving you more movie options.
The library of movies includes many box office hits from the '80s, '90s, and 2000s that you can enjoy again and again — the perfect complement to more recent hits available for rental or those brought to you by premium networks like HBO or STARZ.
