If you subscribe to services that use the facilities of the Comcast cable system, including Xfinity TV, Internet, or Voice services, you have a right to access and correct the PII we collect and maintain about you.
PII is information that identifies you specifically. It doesn't include de-identified, anonymous, aggregate or other data that doesn't directly identify you.
PII is more narrow than “personal information” that may include additional information that's linked or reasonably linkable to you or your household. Residents of some states may have additional rights described in the “Additional information regarding other laws and individual rights” section of our Privacy Policy.
Through your account portal
- If you subscribe to Xfinity services, you may access and view your PII by signing in to your account.
- If you're an Xfinity Home customer, you may access and view your PII through the Xfinity Home app.
- You'll be able to view details like the:
- Account holder name.
- Service address.
- Billing address.
- Contact phone number.
- Email address.
- You'll also be able to correct or update some of your PII by signing in to your account or through the Xfinity Home app (i.e., your contact and emergency information).

At your local Comcast office
If you'd like to see your PII and can't view it through your account portal, you may do so at your local Comcast office.

- Phone: 1-800-xfinity and give us a reasonable period of time to arrange an appointment during regular business hours.
- You'll need to have proper identification.
- You'll only be able to see the PII in your account.
