If you recently received a text message from 888-455-2685 or an email from support@xfinitymobile.com stating:
"A recent account review has shown that we have been providing you with additional services beyond your billing plan. This error was in your favor. We will be adjusting your account as of XXXX, 2023, which could affect your features and/or bill moving forward."
This message is regarding corrections to your Xfinity Mobile account details. We will not charge for any past months when you were not billed correctly; however, we may be correcting one or more of the following problems with your account details:
- Being under-billed for your monthly service
- Being under-billed for By the Gig data actually used on your account
- An incorrect setting for the data you can use each month before your network speeds are reduced for the remainder of that billing cycle
We will make the necessary corrections to your account. There is nothing you need to do. In some cases, the features or the amount of your monthly statement in future billing cycles may be impacted. If you would like more information, please call the phone number in the text message.
