Manage your mobile contact number in the Xfinity app

Use the Xfinity app to manage the mobile contact number associated with your Xfinity ID.

Add a mobile contact number

Your mobile contact number can be added in the Xfinity app.

1. Sign in with your Xfinity ID and tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap Account settings.
   
   
   
3. Tap Xfinity ID and security.
   
   
   
4. Tap Add mobile number.
   
   
   
5. Enter your Mobile number and then tap Continue. We’ll send a six-digit verification code to the mobile number you entered.
   
   
   
6. Enter the verification code and then tap Verify.
   
   
   
7. You’ll receive a confirmation message.

Change a mobile contact number

1. Tap the Account tab and then Account settings.
2. Tap Xfinity ID and security.
3. Tap your mobile number.
   
   
   
4. On the pop-up screen, tap Change mobile number.
   
   
   
5. Enter your mobile number and tap Continue.
6. To complete the confirmation process, enter the six-digit verification code we'll send by text message.
