Never miss a phone call with Advanced Call Forwarding. Forward all incoming calls to multiple phone numbers and designate calls directly to your single voicemail box, providing readable voicemail.
The Primary user must turn on Voice Permissions from the Account and Identity tab of their account for any other account user to access Advanced Call Forwarding options.
To turn on Voice Permissions:
- Go to Account and Identity. (You may be directed to sign in first.)
- Select a user to grant voice permissions.
- Scroll to the Allow Access to Voice Features section and toggle On.
How to change your Advanced Call Forwarding settings
- Sign in to Xfinity Voice Settings using your Xfinity ID and password.
- Click Call Forwarding.
- View your existing Advanced Call Forwarding set up.
- Add new phone numbers to your Advanced Call Forwarding list.
- If required, you can change the number of rings before the call is diverted to voicemail.
Notes: You may forward calls to a maximum of five phone numbers — your Xfinity Voice number plus four others.
- Calls that are forwarded to phones that are turned off or offline will go directly to voicemail.
