The Appointment Waitlist tool lets you quickly and easily request preferred dates and times for your upcoming service appointment. If your requested timeslot becomes available, we’ll send you a text message.
If you have a verified mobile number on file, we’ll have already sent you an appointment confirmation text that allows you to manage your appointment and sign up for the Appointment Waitlist. You can simply reply with W for the waitlist.
Sign up for Appointment Waitlist
- Make sure you’ve added your mobile phone number to your account.
- Once your mobile number is validated, text WAITLIST to 266278 to request text messages regarding the Appointment Waitlist.
- You'll get a text to:
- Confirm you want to be added to the waitlist.
- Select your preferred appointment date and time.
- You'll get another text message if your desired appointment timeslot becomes available (at least 2.5 hours in advance of desired timeslot or the original appointment time, whichever is sooner).
- Reply Y in the next 30 min to accept.
- Reply N to keep your original appointment.
- You’ll keep your original appointment date and time if either:
- Your waitlist date and time doesn't become available.
- You don't accept the waitlist spot by confirming your new appointment.

Do you have any sooner appointments?
You will be scheduled for our first available appointment. However, you can enroll in our Automated Appointment Waitlist to potentially move your appointment to a more preferred time if one becomes available.
How will you contact me if you have a sooner appointment available?
The Automated Appointment Waitlist requires a verified mobile phone number on file to alert you if something sooner becomes available.
