As of April 6, 2021, a subscription that includes HD service and a compatible Xfinity X1 TV Box will be required to view aspireTV HD on channel 1627 and REVOLT HD on channel 1637. These networks will no longer be available to
- X1 customers with an X1 RNG150 TV Box (these model boxes aren’t compatible)
- X1 customers without high definition (HD) service
- Non-X1 customers

Why can’t I view aspireTV or REVOLT? These channels are part of my Xfinity TV package.
These channels are now only available in HD and can't be viewed on select TV Boxes. If you have an eligible X1 TV box with SD service, you will have to add HD service.
If you have an X1 RNG150 TV Box or non X1 TV Box, you will have to swap it out for an eligible X1 TV Box (at no cost) and add HD service (at the prevailing local rate).
I’m not eligible for X1 in my area. How can I view these channels?
You can still view these channels through the Xfinity Stream app/website.
If I don’t want to add HD programming or exchange by TV Box for a compatible one, where else can I view aspireTV and REVOLT?
Some content from aspireTV and REVOLT and will continue to be available on the new Black Experience on Xfinity. HD programming and X1 TV Boxes are not required to view the Black Experience on Xfinity. To find it:
- Flex and X1 customers can say “Black Experience” into their Voice Remote to bring up the collection.
- If you don’t have a Voice Remote, tune to channel 1622 or choose Black Experience on Xfinity from the On Demand menu.
