ATRESplayer offers a select and exclusive catalog of Spanish-language series, programs and movies. It provides content from Atresmedia, including new and original programs produced exclusively for ATRESplayer. Programming includes 8,000 hours of TV series, including novelas, daily dramas, as well as Spanish-language movies, news and current affairs programs.
To use the ATRESplayer app, you’ll need:
- A supported X1 TV Box as part of your TV service (RNG150, Arris/Pace XG1v1, Pace Xi3 and Samsung XG2v2 X1 TV Boxes aren’t supported) or a streaming TV Box with Xfinity Flex service (Xi5 streaming TV Boxes aren’t supported).
- Xfinity Internet (any level).
- A subscription to ATRESplayer to view premium content.

The easiest way to get to the ATRESplayer app is by saying "ATRESplayer app" into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
You can also find the ATRESplayer app by:
- Pressing the xfinity button on your remote.
- Selecting Apps.
- Going to and selecting the ATRESplayer tile.

- Launch the ATRESplayer app on X1 or Flex.
- Log in to your existing account by selecting the Iniciar Sesion button on the left.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to go online on your mobile device or computer. Enter the code that shows on your TV screen, or enter your email address and password.

Do I have to pay to use the ATRESplayer app?
Yes, you can choose a monthly subscription. Customers will get seven days free before being charged the monthly subscription fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Note: You must cancel 24 hours in advance of your billing date to avoid being charged the next month’s subscription.

The app isn’t compatible with the following devices:
- RNG150, Arris/Pace XG1v1, Pace Xi3 and Samsung XG2v2 X1 TV Boxes.
- Xi5 Flex streaming TV Boxes.
