Automatically call the last number that called you.
If you have Xfinity Voice service, you no longer have to look up the number of your last caller to return their call. The Call Return feature will tell you the number and let you automatically call the person back.
Note: Call Return is not available in all areas or with all Voice plans. While older Voice packages may still include the Call Return feature, it is not a service offered in our current Voice plans.

Call Return guidelines
- Call Return will not work if the person you are trying to call uses Caller ID Blocking.
- Call Return only applies to the most recent number that called you.
- Automatic callback works only with landlines at this time.
- If attempting to use Call Return for an international, long distance, or mobile number, you will hear a message stating “Your call did not go through.” This is normal for Call Return and does not indicate a problem.
- Note: This feature can only be enabled for one telephone number you are trying to reach at a time.
