If you are billed by Xfinity for a recurring donation, you can cancel your PBS Passport membership through the PBS app on your X1 TV Box, Flex streaming TV Box, or Xumo Stream Box.
Cancel your recurring donation
- Go to the PBS app on your X1 TV Box, Flex streaming TV Box, or Xumo Stream Box and scroll down to the Settings tab.
- Under Account, select Manage My Donations with your remote.
- To cancel, select Cancel Recurring Donation.
- Select Confirm Cancellation.
- Select Okay.
