Follow these steps to upgrade to or cancel Peacock Premium Plus online from your Xfinity account.
Note: These steps do not apply if you signed up for Peacock Premium on your TV Box. If you signed up for Peacock Premium on your TV Box and would like to upgrade to or cancel Peacock Premium Plus, see how to manage your Peacock subscription on Xfinity.
Upgrade Peacock Premium Plus
If you signed up for Peacock Premium online through Xfinity and would like to upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus, here’s how:
- Go to the entertainment management page on xfinity.com.
- Note: Make sure you’re signed in to your Xfinity account using your Xfinity ID and password.
- From this page, click on the Peacock tile.
- Click the Premium Plus tile, then click Update Cart.
- Review the changes to your account and terms and conditions.
- Click the checkbox to approve, then click Submit order.
- Click the checkbox to approve, then click Submit order.
Cancel Peacock Premium Plus
If you signed up for Peacock Premium Plus online through Xfinity and would now like to cancel, here’s how to cancel online through your Xfinity account.
The instructions in this article do not apply if you signed up for Peacock through your X1 TV Box, Flex streaming TV Box, or Xumo Stream Box. For those cancellation instructions, see how to manage Peacock subscriptions on Xfinity.
Note: If you are eligible to receive Peacock Premium at no additional cost through an offer from Xfinity, you’ll continue to have access to Peacock Premium through your qualifying offer after canceling your subscription to Peacock Premium Plus.
- Go to the entertainment management page on xfinity.com.
- Note: Make sure you’re signed in to your Xfinity account using your Xfinity ID and password.
- From this page, click on the Peacock tile.
- Click on the Premium Plus tile, then click Remove.
- The Premium tile should now be the only tile that’s highlighted. Click Update Cart.
- Remember, if you're eligible to receive Peacock Premium at no additional cost through an offer from Xfinity, you’ll continue to have access to Peacock Premium through your qualifying offer after canceling your subscription to Peacock Premium Plus.
- Remember, if you're eligible to receive Peacock Premium at no additional cost through an offer from Xfinity, you’ll continue to have access to Peacock Premium through your qualifying offer after canceling your subscription to Peacock Premium Plus.
- When you return to the Entertainment Management page, you’ll now see that Peacock Premium Plus is removed, and if you're eligible to receive Peacock Premium at no additional cost through an offer from Xfinity, Peacock Premium will show as Included.
- Review the changes to your account and terms and conditions. Click the checkbox to approve.
- Click Submit Order to finish your order.
Your subscription to Peacock Premium Plus should now be canceled. You’ll continue to have access to Peacock Premium Plus through your current Peacock bill cycle, but your Peacock subscription will no longer renew for that plan. If you're eligible to receive Peacock Premium at no additional cost through an offer from Xfinity, you’ll continue to have access to Peacock Premium through your qualifying offer.

No, Xfinity StreamSaver™ isn’t eligible for upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus. Only NOW StreamSaver™ is eligible for that upgrade.
