Learn how to use the Xfinity Home app to choose the color of light your LIFX or Philips Hue Light Bulb emits.
What you'll need:
- Xfinity Internet or Xfinity Home
- Access to the Xfinity Home app.
- A LIFX or Philips Hue Light Bulb installed and operating according to the manufacturer's instructions, and connected to your Xfinity Home system.
Changing light color
- Sign in to the Xfinity Home app.
- On the Overview screen, scroll to a light tile and make sure the light is switched on, then tap the three dots at the top right.
- The light bulb icon will be the same color as the color chosen for the light.
- The light bulb icon will be the same color as the color chosen for the light.
- On the Color screen, tap Colors or Natural depending on the light spectrum you want to choose from, then tap and drag on the color wheel to select the desired shade.
- Tap Apply Color to More Lights and select from your lights to choose the same shade of light for multiple smart lights, then tap Save.
- Tap Apply Color to More Lights and select from your lights to choose the same shade of light for multiple smart lights, then tap Save.
- Tap the Back icon (arrow) to close the color screen.
