If you are a new customer, you should have gotten your Voice Security PIN through an automated phone call to your Xfinity Voice number or by mail (US mail delivery occurs within five to seven business days).

FAQs
I received a letter saying that I have a new Voice Security PIN number. What does this mean?
Your Voice Security PIN is a four-digit number used to protect your phone information, which includes how much you use your phone and the numbers you dialed. For this information to be given to you, either over the phone or in a chat session, you must provide your Voice Security PIN. You may change this number at any time.
Can you reset my Voice Security PIN over the phone?
For security reasons, Xfinity cannot reset your Voice Security PIN over the phone. If you would like your PIN reset, follow the steps above.
I was already an Xfinity Internet and/or TV customer, but I recently signed up for Xfinity Voice service. Now I can't access my account information on xfinity.com. Why is this happening?
You can still view some information online. However, Xfinity Voice information, including billing details, voice information and voice features is protected until a Voice Security PIN is provided.
If you did not receive your Voice Security PIN by phone or mail, you can have it resent to you.
I lost my Voice Security PIN. Can you provide it for me?
If you don't know or have forgotten your Voice Security PIN, you can have it resent to you.
