You now can review the status of your submitted support request ticket for your account with Xfinity Assistant or through the Appointments & support tickets section of the Support Page.
Note: This is available for select support requests. Not all cases will be visible.
Ticket notifications
If you signed up to receive text messages from Xfinity, you'll get a text message when a ticket is opened, in progress, or closed. The text message will also provide an estimated time to resolution.
Review ticket status using the Support Page
- Access the Support Page.
- Sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.
- Scroll down to Appointments & support tickets.
- Click View tickets.
Review ticket status using Xfinity Assistant
- Authenticate your account in the Xfinity Assistant.
- A pop-up message will appear if there are any open tickets for your account.
- You can also use one of the following phrases to review your ticket:
- I have an open request
- What is the status of my open ticket
- Open service request
- I have an open ticket
- What is the status of my ticket?
- Click View ticket for additional information.
- After clicking View ticket, you'll be taken to the Xfinity Support tickets page that lists all tickets. Click View Info for more information on a specific ticket.
- After clicking View Info, you'll see the Ticket number, Ticket created, and WHAT’S NEXT for your ticket.
