Occasionally, you may have trouble loading or using applications on your computer. Clearing your cache and deleting cookies may help resolve this issue.
See below for instructions on how to clear the cache and delete cookies in the Safari browser.
Safari 10.0.1+ (Mac)
- Click the Safari drop-down menu.
- Select Settings...
- Under the Privacy tab, click Manage Website Data…
- At the bottom, select Remove All to delete everything listed, or choose certain items and then click Remove.
- A pop-up will ask if you’re sure you want to remove all the data. Choose Remove Now to continue.
- The list of stored data will be gone. Choose Done to exit the menu.
Safari 9.x
- Click the Safari drop-down menu.
- Select Preferences...
- Select the Privacy tab in the Preferences window.
- Select Remove All Website Data and click Remove Now.
