Netflix offers the following accessibility features:

Movies and shows viewed through Netflix on Xfinity X1 display the accessibility features you have set up on your Netflix account. Your X1 accessibility preferences won’t be observed once you launch Netflix on X1.
Watch Netflix with CC or audio description
To watch Netflix with CC (subtitles) or audio description:
- Launch the Netflix app on X1.
- Select the movie or TV show you want to play.
- While the movie or TV show is playing, press the down arrow button on the Xfinity Voice Remote.
- Select the option at the bottom of your screen, or select Other for a full list of options.
- Use the up and down arrow buttons on the remote to find and select your preferred audio or subtitle options.
- Note: The top half of the list is Subtitles. The bottom half is Audio.
- After you make your selection, the options panel disappears on its own.
