Voicemail capacity
Your Xfinity Voice voicemail inbox can store 10MB of audio, which is equal to approximately 85 minutes of voicemails. Once this limit is met, your callers will not be able to leave any additional voicemails on your account.
When you're close to reaching your voicemail storage capacity, you'll receive an auto-generated email and a voice message when accessing your voicemail box letting you know your Xfinity Voice mailbox is almost full and how to fix it.
To open more space in your voicemail inbox, click Send to Trash under the OPTIONS menu to delete your unwanted voicemails. You can also save voicemails to your computer as MP3 files by clicking Download Voicemail under the OPTIONS menu.
Note: Your deleted voicemails will still count towards your storage limit until you empty your trash bin. This permanently deletes the files from our servers, after which they can no longer be recovered.
