If you’ve submitted a correction request for the personal information we maintain about you, you can:
- Check the status of your request.
- Download your request when it’s ready.
- Read our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we process these requests.
Submit a correction request
- Sign in to the Privacy Center.
- Select the state where you reside.
- Select the Comcast group that may have your personal information.
- Select Correction request.
- If you can sign in, select Yes and then do so with your Xfinity ID and password.
- Otherwise, select No.
- Otherwise, select No.
- Enter the information you’d like to correct and click Request correction.
- You'll receive status updates through email.
- Note: If you’ve signed in, you'll see account information (i.e., your email address and phone number).
