With account user roles, it’s easy for Primary users to decide who they want to share account access and capabilities with, including who can pay the bill, add or cancel Xfinity services or access Xfinity apps.
Account access varies by user role. To view information and make changes related to the devices on your Xfinity account, like viewing your WiFi password or removing a TV Box, you may need to have a certain user role.
