Learn how to use the Xfinity Home app to unlink your Works with Xfinity devices from your Xfinity system.
What you'll need
- Xfinity Internet or Xfinity Home
- Access to the Xfinity Home app
- Your Xfinity Home username and password

Unlink your device
Caution: This process will remove the connection between Xfinity Home and all devices in the selected brand. For example, if you unlink your Lutron account, you will no longer be able to control any Caseta light installed on that Lutron account using the Xfinity Home app.
If you have multiple devices and only want to remove one, follow the instructions to remove a device on the manufacturer's support website.
- Sign in to the Xfinity Home app.
- On the Overview screen, scroll to the device tile, then tap the three dots at the top right of the tile.
- On the device's Account Connected screen, tap Disconnect this Account.
