If you purchased a Netflix subscription directly on X1:
- If you downgrade or change your Xfinity service by removing Xfinity X1, you will no longer be able to access Netflix through your X1 TV Box. You will only be able to watch Netflix programming through your computer, your mobile device, or another Internet-connected device.
- If you disconnect Xfinity Internet, you will need Internet access through another Internet service provider or wireless Internet service provider in order to access Netflix through an Internet-connected device.
- If you remain subscribed to at least one Xfinity service and continue to receive a billing statement from Comcast, you will continue to be billed for Netflix through your Comcast billing statement.
- If you disconnect all of your Xfinity services and do not update your payment method with Netflix, you will eventually lose access to Netflix service. You should change your method of payment with Netflix in order to keep your Netflix service, which you may do so at any time at www.netflix.com/YourAccountPayment.
If you purchased a Netflix subscription that was included with your Xfinity package:
- If you cancel or change your Xfinity package or service that included Netflix, one of two things will happen:
- If you have a previous valid Netflix method of payment (credit or debit card, for example) on file with Netflix, your Netflix account will not be disrupted and Netflix will charge your previous method of payment.
- If you do not have a previous valid Netflix method of payment on file, your Netflix account will go on Hold. To continue using Netflix, visit www.netflix.com/account and add a new method of payment.
