I Currently Have an Account
Follow the below instructions to request your personal information if you currently have an account.
- Access the request in the Privacy Center.
- Select the state where you reside.
- Select the Comcast group that may have your personal information.
- Select Download request.
- Select Yes that you have an Xfinity ID and password.
- Log in to your account with your Xfinity ID and password.
- Select your desired information.
- Confirm your identifying information is accurate.
- Check the box confirming that you are the individual whose personal information you're requesting to download.
- One the request is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.
- Sign in to your account to view the status of your request.
- Your requests will be displayed along with status information.
- To download information from a completed request, click View details.
- Click Download File next to each file category to retrieve your personal information.
- Your download will expire 14 days after your request is completed.
- We recommend you securely download your files to a personal computer rather than to a mobile device.
- If you need help understanding your downloaded file, click data guides on the left side of the page (and expand the columns if you’re only seeing #s).

If you clicked tell us more to request additional help, you can provide us with further details about your request. Click Submit when you’ve completed all the fields, and you’ll see a confirmation screen that provides a code to use to check the status of your support request.
I Used To Have an Account or I Never Had an Account
Follow the below instructions to request your personal information if you previously had or have never had an account.
- Access your request in the Privacy Center.
- Select the state where you reside.
- Select the Comcast group that may have your personal information.
- Select Download request.
- Select No to indicate that you do not have an active account or that you don’t know your Xfinity ID and password.
- Enter your contact information and click Continue.
- We’ll send a verification code to the email you provided.
- Enter the verification code that was sent in the email.
- We’ll send an email with a link to your mobile phone to verify your identity.
- You’ll have up to seven days to verify.
- Verify your identity by:
- Clicking on the link.
- Checking the box confirming that you read the Terms and Conditions.
- Taking a Photo of your ID.
- Taking a selfie.
- Click Submit.
- Once you identity has been confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your request and a link to sign in and see the status.
- Your requests will be displayed along with their status information.
- To download information from a completed request, click View details.
- Click Download File next to each file category to retrieve your personal information.
- Your download will expire 14 days after your request is completed.
- We recommend you securely download your files to a personal computer rather than to a mobile device.
- If you requested mail delivery of your personal information, each file on your encrypted USB drive can be unlocked and then downloaded with the code provided on this page.
- Please copy the code and store it in a secure location, as this page will expire 30 days after your request is completed.
- Your download will expire 14 days after your request is completed.

Download Personal Information On Behalf of Someone Else
Follow the below instructions to request the deletion of personal information for someone else.
- Visit the Privacy Center.
- Click Privacy Policy.
- Select the state where you reside.
- Select the Comcast group that may have your personal information.
- Select Deletion Download Request and click Continue.
- On the next screen, select I would like to make a request on behalf of someone else.
- On the next screen, enter your first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number to verify your identity. Click Continue.
- The next screen, select the personal information you’d like to receive and submit your request. Click Continue.
- Enter the person’s:
- First name.
- Last name.
- Street address.
- Phone number.
- Email address for whom you're making this request for.
- This will allow them to securely verify this request and receive their personal information.
- Click Continue.
- Confirm the information entered, click Request information.
- You’ll see a confirmation screen letting you know:
- We’ve received your request.
- We’ll need to verify the request with the person it was made for before we move forward with processing it.
- They’ll have up to seven days to verify their identity before the request expires.
- This person will need to click on the identity verification link in the email we send them.
- They’ll be directed to the verification process.
- Once we’ve verified their identity, they’ll see a confirmation screen letting them know that we’ll process the request as soon as possible.
- We’ll send a notification when we’ve completed the request.
