Which devices qualify for device credits?
Devices become eligible for promotions at different times. When you're ready to buy a new device, you can see which devices qualify for credits by visiting the Shop page.
How do I qualify for device credits?
If Xfinity Mobile is offering device credits when you purchase your device, you must do the following to qualify for device credits:
- Purchase a qualifying Xfinity Mobile device
- Activate new line within 30 days of purchase date or purchase a qualifying Xfinity Mobile device for an existing line, depending on the terms of the promotion.
- Some promotions may require you to transfer your phone number from your current carrier
- Pay for your device over 24 months
What if I want a new phone number?
Depending on the terms of the promotion, you may be required to transfer your phone number from another carrier to be eligible for Xfinity Mobile device credits. After that, you can change your Xfinity Mobile number by giving us a call.
What if I want to pay in full for my new device?
You must pay for your new device on a monthly device payment plan to be eligible for Xfinity Mobile device credits.
When will I start getting my device credits?
Depending on the promotion, your device credits may begin immediately or within one to two bill cycles.
Once you see that your card is in "Shipped" status, it usually takes 7-10 days to receive it.
Where can I view my device credits?
After you activate your device, you can view your credits within the My Account section of xfinitymobile.com or on the app, under Devices. You can also find your device credits on your bill, under Services & Devices.
What happens if I make an additional payment on my device?
Since making additional payments reduces the number of remaining payments on your device, it may reduce or eliminate the monthly device credits you're receiving.
What happens if I upgrade my device?
Upgrading to a new device will stop the monthly credits being applied on your current device.
What happens if I cancel my line?
If your Xfinity Mobile line of service is canceled, voluntarily or involuntarily, the credits you're receiving toward the device associated with that line will be lost.
