If there's no email address registered to your account, a physical prepaid card will be shipped to the account holder at the billing address associated with the Xfinity account within 16 weeks of all required service activations.
For Device Plan Payout promotions, you will receive the virtual prepaid card after successfully trading in your device and after the upload of the previous carrier’s bill is approved via microsite registration.
