Learn how to resolve a frozen screen issue when using an Xfinity Home touchscreen.
What you'll need
- Xfinity Home
- The Home Station or touchscreen with a frozen screen
- Phillips-head screwdriver
Reset Xfinity Home Station

- Carefully place the Xfinity Home Station face down and remove the stand by gently pulling it up.
- Remove the battery cover by gently pulling towards the bottom of the screen.
- Remove the battery and unplug the power cord. Wait 10 seconds and replace the battery and plug in the power cord. This will restart the touchscreen.
- Did the screen restart and is now responsive? It may take a few minutes for your cameras and other devices to reconnect. If the screen is still unresponsive, please contact us for further assistance.
Reset TCA300 or XH1-TC Touchscreen

- Place the touchscreen face down and remove the screw at the base of the screen.
- Remove the battery cover from the back by inserting your finger in the hole and pulling down.
- Remove the battery and unplug the power cord. Wait 10 seconds and replace the battery and plug in the power cord. This will restart the touchscreen.
- Did the touchscreen restart and is the screen now responsive? It may take a few minutes for your cameras and other devices to reconnect. If the touchscreen is still unresponsive, please contact us for further assistance.
Reset TCA200 or TCA203 Touchscreen

- Remove the stand from the back of the touchscreen.
Note: To avoid triggering the panic button, do not put the device face-down when removing the stand. - Remove the two Phillips-head screws at the base of the screen, and then slide in a downward motion to remove the stand.
- Locate the Reset button on the back of the device. Using a pointed object, press the Reset button for 10 seconds or until the screen turns black. This will restart the touchscreen.
- Did the touchscreen restart and is the screen now responsive? It may take a few minutes for your cameras and other devices to reconnect. If the touchscreen is still unresponsive, please contact us for further assistance.
