Get to know the silver or platinum Xfinity remote to help make the most of your experience.
Note: This guide may help you learn the remote's layout if you are blind or have low vision or a visual disability.
Silver or platinum remote
The silver or platinum remote control is laid out with 20 rows of buttons. To identify each button visually, each has an icon, text or a tactile symbol.
At the center of the remote, you’ll find a circular directional arrow pad (left, right, top and bottom arrows), with a red, oval-shaped OK/Select button.
You'll probably use the directional arrows and OK/Select button the most as you navigate your TV service.
