Select GolfPass content is available without a subscription; premium content requires a subscription of $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year.
To access GolfPass programming, you’ll need:
- A compatible X1 TV Box with Xfinity X1 service, Xumo Stream Box, or an Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
- X1: RNG150, Pace Xi3, Samsung XG2v2, Arris and Pace XG1v1 TV Boxes aren't compatible.
- Xumo Stream Box and Flex: Pace Xi5 streaming TV Boxes aren’t compatible.
- Xfinity Internet service (any level).
- A subscription to GolfPass to view any premium content.
Sign up for GolfPass
- Press the xfinity button on your remote.
- Select Apps.
- Select the GolfPass tile.
Note: You can also say “GolfPass app” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to open the app on X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Flex. - When you enter the app and select premium content, you’ll be given the option to Sign In if you already have an account or Join Now to start a free trial.
- After you’ve chosen to start your trial or log in, you’ll be prompted to visit Golfpass.com/activate and enter the activation code provided.
- Log into your account or create one if needed. If creating an account, follow the prompts to select a subscription plan and enter your payment information.
- Once you’ve completed the sign-up process, go back to the GolfPass app on your TV screen and log in with your GolfPass username and password.

When you open the GolfPass app, you’ll see a curated collection of content on the Home page.

Why can't I access the GolfPass app on my X1 TV Box?
The app isn’t compatible with RNG150, Pace Xi3, Samsung XG2v2, Arris and Pace XG1v1 X1 TV Boxes. If you have one of these, you can exchange your ineligible TV Box on X1 by contacting us.
Why can’t I access the GolfPass app on my Xumo Stream Box or Flex streaming TV Box?
The app isn’t compatible with Pace Flex Xi5 streaming TV Boxes. If you have one of these, you can exchange your ineligible TV Box by contacting us.
I forgot my GolfPass username or password. How do I find my username or reset my password?

I don’t have Xfinity TV but I have Xfinity Internet. Can I access the GolfPass app?
Yes, but only if you have an Xumo Stream Box or Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box and a subscription to the GolfPass app.
Is GolfPass in HD?
Yes.
Is GolfPass in 4K?
No, currently the GolfPass app doesn't have 4K content.
Does watching GolfPass count against my monthly internet data usage?
Yes, content is streamed over the internet, and will count against your monthly data usage.
How do I block access to GolfPass on X1, Xumo Stream Box, and Flex?
There are two ways you can set parental controls for the GolfPass app:
- Lock TV-MA content under Settings > Parental Controls > TV Rating Locks. Once locked, a Parental Control PIN is required before you can access the app.
- You can block access to the GolfPass app using an Application Lock.
