No one should keep you from your precious voicemails. That’s why we’ve created three ways to access them: through the Voicemail app, from your phone's dial pad, or by calling from another phone.
Access voicemail from the Voicemail app
The Voicemail app comes pre-installed on your Android phone and can be found within Applications. The app is designed to already know it’s you, so there’s no need for you to sign in. However, if for any reason it doesn't recognize you, you will be asked to sign in upon opening the app for the first time.
To sign in, enter your primary Xfinity username and password.
Once you access your voicemail, you can listen to messages in any order, create a custom greeting within Settings, and read messages as text transcriptions — all at no extra charge.
NOTE: If you aren't connected to the Internet, you will not be able to access new voicemails through the app or use certain features. In this case, use the other options here to access your voicemail.
Access voicemail from your phone's dial pad
There are three ways to access your voicemail using your phone's dial pad. You can:
- Press and hold 1
- Dial *86
- Dial your Xfinity Mobile phone number
NOTE: If it's your first time calling into voicemail, follow the recorded instructions to create a voicemail PIN. You’ll then record your name and set up a greeting. After completing the setup process, follow the prompts to listen to your messages or change your personal options.
- Dial your Xfinity Mobile phone number from any phone
- When your greeting begins to play, press #
- Enter your PIN
- Follow the prompts to access voicemails or change options
NOTE: Before you can access voicemail from another phone, you'll need to access it from your Xfinity Mobile phone (you'll want to follow the dial pad instructions) and complete the short setup process.
