- Press the xfinity button on your remote.
- Go to the StreamSaver™ tile and press OK (center of the directional pad).
- Select the StreamSaver™ tile and press OK, then go to Next and press OK.
- You’ll see a confirmation screen with the changes to your plan and your new monthly payment. Press Submit to submit your order.
- Check your email for an activation link or log in to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions to finish setting up your account.

I currently have Peacock with Xfinity. What happens if I buy a StreamSaver™ offer?
If Peacock or Xfinity bills you directly, your subscription will be canceled before your next renewal date. You won't get refunds or credits for overlapping periods. Use the same email as your current Peacock account when you activate StreamSaver™.
If a third party (like Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon) bills your Peacock subscription, it won't cancel automatically. You'll be charged for both subscriptions until you cancel your existing Peacock subscription.
I already have Netflix with Xfinity. What happens if I buy a StreamSaver™ offer?
Use the same email when you activate your Netflix StreamSaver™ subscription. Your subscription will transfer over once you activate it. You'll be billed for your old subscription until the end of that bill cycle. After that, you'll only be billed for StreamSaver™.
I have an Apple TV+ subscription billed by Apple. What happens if I sign up for StreamSaver™?
Use the same Apple ID when you activate your Apple TV+ StreamSaver™ subscription. Your subscription will transfer over once you activate it. You'll be billed for your old subscription until the end of that bill cycle. After that, you'll only be billed for StreamSaver™.
How do I buy NOW TV to qualify for NOW StreamSaver™?

Can I watch Peacock without ads with StreamSaver™?
If you bought StreamSaver™, you can't upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus (ad-free) right now.

Can I watch Netflix without ads with StreamSaver™?
Yes, you can upgrade your Netflix plan to a higher tier from your Netflix account on the web or your TV Box for an additional charge.
I have Peacock, Netflix, and/or Apple TV+ billed by a third party. What should I do to sign up for StreamSaver™?
Contact the third party to manage or cancel your subscription to avoid double billing.
I qualify for a Peacock Premium promotion from Xfinity. What happens if I sign up for StreamSaver™?
Your Peacock account will move to the StreamSaver™ package, and your promotional term will end. The $15 StreamSaver™ bundle gives you Peacock and savings on Netflix and Apple TV+. If you cancel StreamSaver™, you'll keep Peacock Premium until your offer ends.
