The QVC & HSN Streaming Service app is a free shopping app on Xfinity Flex and Xfinity X1. With the app, you can stream all the HSN and QVC live channels, watch their On Demand programming and buy products.
To access the QVC/HSN app, you’ll need:
- A compatible X1 TV Box (RNG150 and Pace XG1v1 TV Boxes aren't compatible) with Xfinity X1 service or an Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
- Xfinity Internet service (any level).

Why can't I access the QVC/HSN app on my X1 TV Box?
The app isn’t compatible with RNG150 and Pace XG1v1 X1 TV Boxes. You can exchange your box by contacting us.
I don’t have Xfinity TV but I have Xfinity Internet. Can I access the QVC/HSN app?
Yes, but only if you have a Flex streaming TV Box.
Is the app in HD?
Yes.
Is the app in 4K?

Does watching content in the QVC/HSN app, count against my monthly internet data usage?
Yes, content is streamed over the internet, and will count towards your monthly data usage.
How do I block access to the QVC/HSN app?
There are two ways you can set parental controls for the app:
- Lock TV-MA content under Settings > Parental Controls > TV Rating Locks. Once locked, a Parental Control PIN is required before you can access the app.
- You can block access to the app using an Application Lock.
Access the HSN/QVC app on your TV Box/streaming TV Box
You can say “HSN QVC” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to launch the app, or find it by pressing the xfinity button on your remote and navigating to the Apps menu.
Buy products with the QVC/HSN app on your TV Box/streaming TV Box
- Once you’ve launched the QVC/HSN app on your X1 TV Box or Flex streaming TV Box, you can choose to view either live or On Demand content from QVC and HSN.
Products featured in live or On Demand programs will be available for purchase through a Buy Now button on the left side of the screen.
If you want to buy a particular product, highlight Buy Now and press OK on your remote.
After you select a product, you’ll be presented with all available options including colors and sizes.
To select an available option, use your remote to navigate left or right and press OK. If there are multiple options, they’ll be presented one after another.
- After you’ve selected your preferences, you’ll be presented with billing options: Easy Pay for QVC and Flex Pay for HSN.
If you want to buy a product from the QVC/HSN app on your X1 TV Box or Flex streaming TV Box, you’ll first need to link your account .
Follow the on-screen instructions, visit the provided link on a secondary device (phone, tablet or laptop) and then enter the unique code.
Note: To purchase from both QVC and HSN, you’ll need to link your account to both brands. - If you don’t provide all the required information to link your account, you’ll see a Required Information Missing screen and be asked to provide more information.
Before placing your order, you’ll have a chance to review.
- Review your order details and if everything is correct, select Continue and press OK on your remote.
- Review your default payment method and shipping address , select Continue and press OK.
Note: If you need to change any of this information, you’ll need to do so on a secondary device (phone, tablet or laptop) - Once you’ve reviewed and confirmed all the order details, select the Place Order button and press OK.
- Review your order details and if everything is correct, select Continue and press OK on your remote.
- An order confirmation will display if the order is successful.
If there are any issues, you’ll receive an Order Failed message and need to try again or contact QVC/HSN directly.
