KORTV is the premier destination for Korean entertainment and the only global streaming platform available in 120 countries carrying Live TV feeds from the leading Korean broadcast and cable television networks.
To access the KORTV app, you’ll need:
- A compatible X1 TV Box (RNG150 and Pace XG1v1 TV Boxes aren't compatible) with Xfinity X1 service, Xumo Stream Box, or a Xumo from Xfinity streaming TV Box.
- Xfinity Internet service (any level).
Sign up for KORTV
Note: Signing up for KORTV is not required to view programming. However, some channels are only available when signed in or with a premium subscription.
- Press the xfinity button on your remote.
- Select Apps.
- Select the KORTV tile.
- Note: You can also say “KORTV” into your Voice Remote to open the app.
- When you enter the app, select Register or Log In if you already have an account. You’ll be prompted to subscribe and/or activate your account.

FAQs
Why can't I access the KORTV app?
The app isn’t compatible with RNG150 and Pace XG1v1 X1 TV Boxes. If you have one of these, you can contact us to exchange it for a compatible box.
I don’t have Xfinity TV but I have Xfinity Internet. Can I access the KORTV app?
Yes, but only if you have a Xumo Stream Box or Xumo from Xfinity streaming TV Box.
Does watching KORTV count against my monthly Internet data usage?
Yes, content is streamed over the internet, and will count against your monthly data usage.
How do I block access to KORTV?
There are two ways you can set parental controls for the KORTV app:
- Lock TV-MA content under Settings > Parental Controls > TV Rating Locks.
- Once locked, a Parental Control PIN is required before you can access the app.
- You can block access to the KORTV app using an Application Lock.
