Exchange your remote for a new one
We recommend that you simply swap out your old or broken remote for a new one at an Xfinity Retail Store near you.
If you're an Xfinity X1 or Flex customer, you can also order a remote control to be shipped to you via UPS in a Getting Started kit (accessory shipping and handling fees will apply) through the Xfinity Assistant.
Program your new remote
You'll need to program your new remote to work with your TV and other equipment. You can find detailed instructions using our online programming tool at customer.xfinity.com/remotes.
