I already have Disney+, Hulu, or ESPN+. How do I get a Disney Bundle through Xfinity?
You can add a Disney Bundle even if you have an existing subscription to Hulu (ad-supported), Hulu (No Ads), or ESPN+. Simply go through the Disney+ app on X1 or Flex and follow the sign-up prompts.
Your charge for a Disney Bundle will be adjusted if you use the same email address as your existing subscriptions.
If you subscribe to Disney+, you’ll first need to cancel your Disney+ subscription that is billed by Disney. Follow these steps:
- Go to the Disney+ website, Disney+ mobile website, or Disney+ app and log in.
- Select your Profile.
- Select Account.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Select Complete Cancellation to confirm.
Wait for your access to end, which usually takes two to 30 days but could be longer, depending on your billing cycle. While you wait, you can continue to enjoy Disney+ with your current credentials.
Once you no longer have access to Disney+, sign up for a Disney Bundle through X1 or Flex using the same email address you used for your prior Disney+ subscription to keep your settings and preferences.
If you don’t want to be billed separately for Hulu and ESPN+, you can also cancel those by visiting the websites of those respective services:
- Cancel your Hulu subscription that is billed by Hulu by going to the Hulu website.
