Learn how to manage your Xfinity Voice settings.
Accessing Voice Settings
- Sign in to Xfinity Voice Settings using your Xfinity ID and password.
- Select the preferences you want to change.
Preferences Tab Options
Voicemail Indicator Light
Under Voicemail Indicator Light, you have the option to:
- Turn off the voicemail light on your Xfinity Voice phone by selecting the Mark all voicemails as heard button.
Voicemail Notifications
Under Voicemail Notifications, you have options to:
- Turn on Voicemail Transcription.
- See the overview of readable voicemail and preferences for additional details.
- Turn on Email Notifications to notify you when someone leaves a voicemail.
- Adjust Email Notification Options.
Call Forwarding
Under Call Forwarding, you have options to:
- Forward all your calls to another phone number using Basic Call Forwarding (select plans only).
- Forward all your calls to up to five different phone numbers using Advanced Call Forwarding.
- Forward calls from up to 25 callers to one specified number.

Call Blocking
Under Call Blocking, you have options to:
- Block all anonymous calls using Anonymous Call Rejection.
- Choose specific phone numbers to block with Call Screening.
- Adjust Spam Blocker settings to determine how to handle spam calls.
- Report a number that has been mislabeled as spam by using the spam feedback link.
Checking Voicemail
Under Checking Voicemail, you have options to:
- Select Voicemail Playback preferences.
- Deactivate voicemail PIN requirement for Voicemail Login.
- Adjust number of Voicemail Prompts.
- Change language between English and Spanish.
Change Your Voicemail PIN
Under Change Your Voicemail PIN, instructions are provided to change your voicemail PIN online or over the phone.
