Features and functionalities
The features and functionalities that allow you to manage your account, view and pay your bill, and troubleshoot Xfinity products are available in the Xfinity app, including (but not limited to):
- 24/7 support, including the Xfinity Assistant.
- Access to Xfinity Rewards.
- Bill pay and account management.
- Self-service troubleshooting and connection status updates.
- Viewable monthly data usage.
- Parental controls.
Recent improvements
We’ve introduced some exciting new improvements to the Xfinity app including:
- Navigation enhancements and overview shortcuts.
- Services tab added with dynamic plan information across all Xfinity services.
- Account option moved to the bottom right for easy access and increased accessibility.
- Make a Payment option added to the Account home screen.
- WiFi tab enhanced for easy access to manage your home network.
- An improved offline and outage experience.
- Preview internet data usage from the Internet Overview card.
- Get personalized shortcuts that reflect how you use the app.
- Find interactive troubleshooting options and choose what you need help with before chatting with Xfinity Assistant.
