Learn how to find help videos about accessibility features that empower our customers with disabilities. This includes some videos with American Sign Language and some that are scripted for our customers who are blind or have low vision or a visual disability in mind.
Accessibility Help Videos on HD TV Boxes
It’s easy to get Accessibility help and support right on your TV.
- Press the Menu or XFINITY button twice on the Xfinity Remote Control to get to the Main Menu. You may have a silver remote, a black XR2 Remote, or a large button remote.
- Silver Remote: The Menu button is the red oval button located to the right of the center of the remote. Find the right-facing arrow button and move your thumb to the right and then down.
- XR2: The XFINITY (Menu) button is five rows down from the top in the center of the remote.
- Large Button: The XFINITY (Menu) button is four rows up from the bottom above the triangle-shaped up arrow key.
- Press the down arrow key until you reach the second screen of the Main Menu. Use the arrow keys to find Help, the last option in the right hand column on the second Main Menu screen. Press OK to enter the Help and Services menu. The OK key is at the center of the direction arrow pad on your Xfinity remote.
- In the Help and Services Menu, Accessibility is first item in the left hand column. Press OK to enter the Accessibility folder.
- Use the up and down arrow keys on your Xfinity remote to explore the Accessibility help video titles. Press OK to watch.
- Press OK to watch the video you’ve selected.
