Confirm your email address
In order to send you email updates, we need your correct email address. If you're not hearing from us, check that your email address is entered correctly.
To confirm your contact information, go to your Xfinity Mobile account and click on Service Settings > Edit Contact Information.
Still having a problem?
If you have verified your email address and are still having trouble, try including a different email in your contact information.
